"Natalie you were so thorough, patient and helpful. You were very friendly and informative. We were so grateful for your time and input. Although we only had one session with you, you were very helpful in advising how we could help our son. I found it particularly helpful observing the time you gave him to enable his responses and how you set out the activities with visual aids. The information you provided on stammering was also very useful."

"Natalie's guidance throughout the therapy was fantastic and after a relatively short time our son has improved so much. The video playback (seeing yourself and your child playing together) was particularly helpful as it really homes in on the techniques. I can't say it was easy, as it was a challenge some days trying to fit in the 5-minute 1:1 play sessions, but it was all worth it." Parent

"Our family can’t thank Natalie enough for helping us with our little boy's speech. It was, to this day, the best thing we ever did for him. We were assured by his nursery that he was fine, but my gut told me otherwise. I’m so glad I bit the bullet and contacted Natalie to help us. We booked in for an assessment to find that my son had a significant speech sound disorder and would need intensive therapy. I was so impressed with Natalie’s knowledge and how much she stripped things back to basics. Natalie works incredibly hard behind the scenes, not just in the sessions. My little boy warmed to her instantly and really enjoyed his time with Natalie. The thing that really stood out to me, and what I loved most about Natalie’s approach, was how much she taught me. It was never just about her teaching my child to speak, she taught both of us together, meaning I could help him at home and not just in the sessions. It’s by all means not an easy road, and you have to be 100% committed to get the best results, but it’s worth it in the end! We can’t recommend Natalie enough. Thank you!" Parent

"Thank you so much for your lovely email and thoughts. It really is such a blessing to have you on board through this journey with us. We would love to go ahead with the bookings you've suggested, as we feel your insight would be really beneficial at nursery and within the Team Around the Family (TAF) meeting." Parent
"Thank you Natalie. I'm so relieved that our son appears to be settling into school. Your input and co-ordinating has been invaluable and I don't know how we would have equipped him or got through this transition without you."
Parents of a 4 year 11 month old boy (same boy as below)

"I just wanted to say again, thank you for all your input. I'm so pleased we found you. The input you have given us as a family and to the school has been invaluable. Two years ago when we realised our son was struggling with his speech, we were really worried about his uncertain future. I really felt like you held our hand as he transitioned from pre-school to school, then into year one — makes it all a little less worrying! I was thinking back to our first sessions where you videoed us interacting with him, and thought about how far we've come."
